Senior Infants Maple have been busy learning about animals that hatch and are born in Spring. We even had a special visit from Ms. Glynn’s tortoise, fresh out of hibernation!
We planted tomato seeds and Savannah’s sunflower seeds, learning about the lifecycle of a sunflower. We also recreated Van Gogh’s famous sunflower painting using cupcake cases, brightening our classroom wall.
We had so much fun performing our class assembly around the theme of spring during the week, sharing our learning and songs with our family and friends.
To top it all off, we finally filled our Fuzzy Jar and celebrated with a pyjama party and teddy bear picnic with our buddies in the sunshine.
