School Related Outings Consent Form

 

Sept 2020-June 2021

In an effort to reduce the use of paper, we have decided to have 1 generic consent form that will cover any school related outing for the academic year e.g. tours, nature trips, local walks, library, mini marathon, Gaeltacht etc.

Information on any trip/outing planned will be emailed to parents by the class teacher prior to the trip. If you do not want your child to attend a particular trip, please email the class teacher informing them of same.

** Please note: a form is required for each child as it will be kept in their own individual folder**

I/We hereby give consent for our child to attend any school related outings/trips for the academic year of 2020/2021.
